Youth Speed/Agility & Dynamic Training Class
East Coast Athletics offers Youth Speed/Agility & Dynamic Training Classes every Sunday. Classes are broken up based off of experience.
11:00am - Boys Class
12:00pm - Girls and 5 yr old Class
Both classes follow the same formatting of; dynamic stretching, agility warm-up, speed work, and dynamic workouts.
*Please note that classes are not split up to discriminate skill level. By dividing the classes into advanced and introduction, it ensures that all athletes receive the necessary training.*
