Team Training

Sport-Specific Training seeks to benefit every athlete of all sports. Sport-Specific Training includes: ​​

  • ​​Dynamic Training

  • Olympic Lifts

  • Explosive Training

  • Speed Work

  • Agility Work

All training is designed and programmed to each individual athlete's sport of choice. 

 

East Coast Athletic's coaches have experience in training a variety of athletes through all age levels. 

Youth Training (7th Grade Cut-Off) is essential for all young athletes. ECA offers 1on1 and small group styled training for youth athletes. Youth Training includes:

  • Functional/Dynamic Training

  • Proper Running Form

  • Speed Work

  • Balance

  • Medicine Ball Workouts

  • Body Weight Workouts

  • Resistance Training

  • Intro to Sport-Specific Training

ECA offers in-season and off-season Team Training for all sports and age groups. In addition to Team Training, ECA offers Strongman Competition for HS sports teams. Team Train includes:

  • Strength Training

  • Speed/Agility Training

  • Dynamic Training
