Sport Specific Training
In this program, ECA focuses on each individual athletes specified sport. We incorporate certain movements, lifts, and exercises that relate to that designated sport. Our mission is to enhance the athlete's ability to use their strength and speed properly in their sport. This program consists of strength training, speed/agility work, explosive/powerful movements, and dynamic training. In addition, the athletes will undergo high-intensity circuits to boost their stamina and muscle endurance to ensure they can push through that final quarter, inning, period, or lap.
This program is offered in personal training (1on1) and group training (2-4 athletes).
Age group ranges from 8th Grade through the college level.
Youth Training
In this program, ECA focuses on enhancing the young athletes ability to properly use their athletic motor skills. Many young athletes have tremendous amounts of athletic ability, but struggle in using those skills properly while competing. Our mission is to coach the young athlete into using proper running form, and properly exhibit their strength. This program consists of speed/agility work, dynamic training, medicine ball and body weight training, and form running. The young athletes will also undergo strenuous conditioning workouts to ensure they are in the position to outwork their opponents.
This program is offered in personal training (1on1) and group training (2-4 athletes).
Age group ranges from 2nd Grade - 7th Grade.
Team Training
ECA offers Team Training for all sports and age groups. Our goal is to prepare both youth and high school team to be in the perfect position to outwork their opponents, This program is based off of both in-season and off-season training.
